Building impactful solutions while championing diversity in tech
I'm a Fullstack Engineer passionate about crafting impactful solutions across multiple languages and frameworks. My approach focuses on technical excellence and Conway's Law, seeing code as a way to formalise and enhance business processes while fostering inclusive tech environments.
As a Women in Tech Advocate, I engage with Manchester's tech communities, speaking to those at the start of their journey. My goal is to democratise the reality of being an Engineer and empower people to tackle any career challenge.
My advocacy has led to recognition as Top Outstanding Young Person 2023, including presenting on digital skilling at Kansai University in Osaka and an audience with H.I.H Princess Tomohito of Mikasa in Tokyo, and even mentoring early careers at AWS re:Invent in Las Vegas. I've also served as a political delegate through the MIRAI Programme (2022) with Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
